BODW x deTour城區活動
一系列與不同品牌和夥伴合作的活動，將會在全港不同地區舉行，進一步擴闊公眾創作視野，將設計的精神和力量滲透全城。
香港理工大學MN109
著名日本設計師新井淳一（1932 – 2017）的紡織作品向以複雜和創新見稱，他把傳統紡織技術與實驗生產過程融合，因作品集當代西方科技與東方理念於一身而為人知曉。新井淳一的前衛工藝備受肯定，並促成了與著名時裝設計師三宅一生、川久保玲（品牌Comme des Garçons）等的重要合作。新井淳一1932年出生於日本群馬縣桐生市的一個和服紡織世家，成長期間接觸到各種布料，因此通曉編織和紗線的數百年傳統和文化。他透過先進電腦程式將之重新演繹成尖端的處理方式，利用布料特性而造出創意空前的雕塑作品。
「自組織化 : 新井淳一經緯世界藝術展」展覽是藝術家的首個香港回顧展，以向他一生的努力和成就致敬。被稱為「夢想編織者」的新井將呈獻布料的多樣化挑戰和動人之處，帶領觀眾體驗藝術家充滿感官、紋理和視覺衝擊的個人世界。
空間不只是單單有關風格、設計理念或家具擺設，空間的最大吸引處，實屬為「情感」和「經驗」，一些你能感受到、有所反應，及對你有影響的東西。
人類與設計的交流、互動和體驗，帶有深遠的影響力，只是需要多面觀察才能看到該力量。AB Concept(奧必概念)創辦人伍仲匡將從情感、人類熟悉度和設計實踐度分享工作軼事，有些例子更不止應用在設計上。

本年度的研討會將繼往開來，以「Fabpublic! —— 關於紡織、社區和公共空間」為題，邀請來自不同專業範疇的國際著名藝術家、設計師、紡織專家、策展人、學者和文化工作者聚集香港，討論社區於當代生活中的角色，探索紡織及其相關生產對傳統「實體」社區帶來的價值和影響。同時，講者將深究以藝術和紡織活動活化社區的箇中挑戰。

「意大利老爺車展覽」是BODW x deTour城區活動的官方認可活動，活動由香港設計中心及香港老爺車會主辦，香港知專設計學院及香港專業教育學院(李惠利)協辦，目的是向公眾展示六十至九十年代生產的意大利老爺車。

The Woolmark Company於香港設立的羊毛創意資源中心，旨意啟發、連繫和提供培訓給國際品牌、紡織及時裝業。中心具有多功能設施，合作夥伴可在中心展示產品或舉行發佈會。設計師可以近距離接觸羊毛，感受羊毛的奇妙特質，激發設計靈感。The Woolmark Company香港辦事處亦與中心連結，促進業界合作關係，提升業務成果。

推動創意設計與建築新思維的非牟利機構Culture for Tomorrow (CFT) 由文化企業家鄭志剛 (Adrian Cheng) 於2017年正式成立，適逢芬蘭亦於同年慶祝立國100週年紀念，借此契機，CFT組織了一群對創意設計及生活文化充滿熱誠的朋友，一起籌劃了「沐熱乘涼」這個跨界文化活動。這項活動分别被芬蘭首相府及香港設計中心認可為「Finland 100」芬蘭立國100周年慶祝活動及「BODW x deTour」城區活動，並將於12月8至13日在尖沙咀文化中心露天廣場舉行。以芬蘭桑拿和香港涼亭一熱一涼的在地生活文化為主題，由兩地年輕的得獎建築師揉合前瞻創意與傳統概念，重新建構這兩種獨特建築作為活動空間，並透過桑拿體驗、設計展覽、文化講座、創意工作坊、閱讀與音樂分享會，讓大家在冬日暖陽下互動交流，一同細味設計、建築、生活與文化之間的環環緊扣，激發對「空間造就文化」的思考。
