Working in collaboration with Leblon Delienne, the pop sculpture specialists, ZHD has designed a fibreglass coffee table inspired by Princess Leia’s iconic hairstyle from Star Wars TM.

The iconic hairstyle of star wars Princess Leia has been the driving ‘force’ behind the le-a coffee table.  Zaha Hadid Design’s distinctive aesthetic creates a twisting and dynamic silhouette that extends outwards in both directions to form two solid surfaces.

The nose belongs to Dr. Paolo Vranjes, pharmacist, chemist and cosmetician, but most importantly a man who translates emotions into fragrant creation. The city of art could only be Florence, with its elegant, centuries-old workshops offering unique experiences for all five senses.

Memphis is the great cultural phenomenon of the 80s that revolutionised creative and commercial logics in design. Memphis became a symbol of New Design. Its influence is still clear in various sectors of production and beyond.
